ORDERS AND SHIPPING
When will I receive my order?
Orders can take approximately 3-5 *business days to process and 2-6 days to ship via standard ground shipping, dependent on the method of shipping you select at checkout.
*Due to many items in the shop being handmade, and the personalized nature of our products, some custom items take longer to process. Below you can find current estimated processing times. This estimates are also on each listing. Please note that if your order has multiple items with various processing times, they will be held to ship together.
3-5 business days: Non-custom items (ie. pashminas, candles, greeting cards), personalized glassware (stemless champagne flutes, wine glasses, coffee mugs, Moscow mule mugs), and gift boxes.
7-10 business days: Personalized apparel, totes, hats, etc.
10-15 business days: Robes, embroidered robes, candle favor tins, custom gift boxes with embroidered robes.
Please note our business days are M-F. We are closed on all federal holidays.
How will I know my order shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order finishes processing.
What if I received the wrong item or damage item?
In the event you receive the wrong item, please contact the shop immediately with a photo and description of the item that was made in error. Forgive us, we are 100% human and make mistakes, but we will mail out a replacement within 48 hours.
Okay, I know what I want, now how do I get you the details?
Once you've added everything to your cart, during your checkout you will see a section called "NOTES". PLEASE enter ALL information for your order in this comment section. This will guarantee your specification stay with your specific order.
For each individual item, please reference the listing description. We have steps listing to help you with your order details.
Wrong Shipping Address
Please make sure to double check your delivery address at check out! Once you submit your order, the address you have provided Etsy with WILL BE the address the item(s) get shipped to. Unfortunately, we are NOT responsible for the items if they are delivered to the wrong address that was provided to us. If you catch that you entered the wrong address after you have already checked out, we ask that you please cancel and resubmitted your order with the correct address.
My items arrived broken, now what?
Please contact the shop within 3 days of the item being marked "delivered" with a photo of the broken item(s). We can discuss your options from there.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of business, all sales are final. Please be sure to double check all customization prior to hitting that pretty little order button.
I accidentally provided incorrect information, can I make changes to my order?
We ask that you please double check your shipping address, sizing, personalizations, etc. prior to hitting the purchase button. We begin processing your order once it's placed and changes can not be made. Please message the shop within 24 hours of placing your order at email@example.com and we will do everything we can to help.
Can I add a note to my gift box?
Each box includes a greeting card of your choice. We will hand write your message on to the card and ship with the box. Each box listing has a notes section for you to provide your personal message.
What's inside each gift box?
We curate each box and ship out with the items shown in the photo and described in the listing. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss a substitute.
What is the size of the gift box?
We current offer a standard box size of 8.5 x 10.5 x 4 and will be offering mini boxes 6.5 x 6.5 x 4 by the end of the summer. Each box is a sturdy keepsake box with our logo stamped in black foil on the lid. They are perfect to be used over and over to store items.
Can I personalize the contents of my gift box?
Yes, we can work with you to build a custom box for every sort of occasion (bridesmaid, bachelorette party, wedding welcome boxes, client gifting, birthday party, etc). We'd love to work one-on-one with you to curate the perfect items for your occasion. Email the shop at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
The box I wanted is no longer available, what can I do?
We often add new boxes and remove boxes regularly. If you don't see what you are looking for, email the shop at email@example.com and we will work with you to create a custom box.
